What you'll do.
Over the past twelve months, the Kamana team has grown exponentially to help more than 110,000 healthcare professionals and hundreds of healthcare employers more effectively navigate the world of healthcare staffing.
We are always striving to optimize engagement with these healthcare professionals and employers, as well as reach new potential users, customers, and partners through B2B, B2C, and B2B2C marketing initiatives.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Kamana, working alongside our small but powerful Marketing team and reporting to our VP, Marketing, you'll play a vital role in campaign creation via emails, landing pages, social media, and graphic design. To accomplish this, you’ll do things like:
- Create single emails and email series in Hubspot with actionable CTAs that embrace the fun, casual, and expert Kamana brand voice and visuals.
- Monitor Kamana social media channels and industry channels through social listening, commenting, scheduling posts, and designing graphics.
- Develop fresh social content with researched hashtags/@ and coordinate outreach for regular spotlights like #TravelerTuesdays and #StaffingSpotlight
- Work with VP, Marketing on managing social influencer program
- Flex your graphic design prowess with asset creation for website, email, blogs, marketing/sales materials, conference displays etc.
- Optimize both the copy and visuals for the Kamana CMS website and landing pages as needed, paying attention to SEO best practices.
- Co-manage PPC advertising on job boards, Google, and Facebook.
Experimentation is frequent at Kamana. Comfortability with being uncomfortable is a must.
What you've done before.
You have something like four or more years of experience working in a digital marketing/graphic design role for B2B/B2C SaaS. During this time you have both collaborated across teams and been independently responsible for executing on creative digital marketing initiatives where the company has grown rapidly and successfully as a result of your contribution.
Along the way you have developed a professional presence with the ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines. You have championed use of tools such as Hubspot, Zoom, G-Suite, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, SEMrush, Hootsuite (or similar), Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), CMS like WordPress, and Slack.
It'd be cool if you've done this.
Experience working with influencers and running online contests. It would be nice if you have a strong background in writing to help edit/produce content and have working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and UI/UX best-practices. Knowledge of the healthcare/healthcare staffing industry would be amazing, but is not required.
Having been on the ground floor of a fast-growing startup, with a desire to repeat this journey, may also set you apart from other candidates, but is not required as long as you are up for the challenge!
Salary, benefits, & how we work.
This is a full time exempt position with an expected salary of $77,000 - 81,000/year.
