What you'll do.

We are passionate about building easy to use, hyper-fast technology that enables healthcare pros and employers to collaborate more quickly than ever believed possible. As an Implementation Specialist at Kamana, you will play a vital role in setting these users and customers up for success.

Working alongside our small but powerful customer experience team, and reporting to our Implementation Manager, you'll be initiating the growth process for Kamana's user base of staffing agencies, healthcare professionals, and other healthcare employers. To accomplish this, you’ll do things like:

  • Meet with clients pre/post sale to collect information required for implementation, identify client champions, and lead change management efforts to ensure successful launch
  • Create project plans unique to each client that drive adoption of the Kamana platform, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver project milestones on time
  • Manage data migration efforts from legacy platforms, working personally, with internal resources, and external partners to manually and electronically migrate data needed for go live
  • Play a hands on role in setting up new accounts, training users, and answering client questions throughout implementation - then facilitate a smooth hand off to the customer success team
  • Collaborate across our marketing, customer experience, sales, and product/engineering teams to ensure feedback and performance metrics are being captured for product improvements, marketing and sales efforts, future implementations, and ongoing customers success
  • Work on ad-hoc projects to help streamline the operations of our implementation team

Experimentation is frequent at Kamana. Comfortability with being uncomfortable is a must.

What you've done before.

You have something like three or more years of experience working in an implementation role for B2B/B2C SaaS and/or enterprise software.

During this time you have both collaborated across teams and been independently responsible for leading external client meetings, running product demos, creating implementation plans, and facilitating the successful launch of new technologies within multiple organizations.

Along the way you have developed a strong professional presence with the ability to manage multiple customer relationships at once.

You have championed use of tools such as Hubspot, Zoom, G-Suite, Pendo, and Slack to provide an excellent implementation experience, and have consistently iterated on tools and process improvements that make the implementation process most effective.

It'd be cool if you've done this.

Experience implementing healthcare or HR software will get you to the top of the list. Having been responsible for legacy data migrations into new systems would be worth highlighting. Knowledge of the healthcare/healthcare staffing industry would be amazing, but is not required.

Having been on the ground floor of a fast-growing startup, with a desire to repeat this journey, may also set you apart from other candidates, but is not required as long as you are up for the challenge!

Salary, benefits, & how we work.

This is a full time exempt position with an expected salary of $72,000 - $77,000/year.
